Directed to any of you nuts who saw the movie today. I’m sorry for starting another HP thread.
Here’s the deal: The movie theater in town is offering free transportation and $2 tickets to a 12:00 showing of the Harry Potter movie (bored college kids only). I haven’t read any of the books. Is it worth it, or should I buy a mutant coffee beverage and stay home?

Of course you should go! Two bucks? I’d watch freaking Battlefield Earth if it was only tow bucks. Granted, it’d be better if you had read the books, but I think it’s worth seeing on the big screen while you can.

Well, it’s almost midnight here. I hope you went. I just got back from seeing HPatSS… WONDERFUL. Then again, I’ve read all of the books. YMMV.

I somehow didn’t notice that the flier said NOVEMBER 30.

I’ve seen it and it is okay, but it is more directed towards kids than adults. They did have a good Lord of the Rings trailer, and that is probably going to be more adult.
Well at least you know what you’re doing on the 30th. 
And if you do see it, get there on time. It has the Best Trailer Ever (for Monsters, Inc., believe it or not).
