I’m asking about adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, and such abuse was filmed and disseminated via film/video/digital files, etc. Have there been any interviews with such people in the media? I’d love to read one.
I would look for some interviews by Masha Allen, she’s given many, even one on Oprah. Her photos, edited to remove her, were published by the Feds a few years ago, becuse they were so common online, and they wanted to track down anyone with more info, based on the context. They didn’t realize that the abuse had stopped years before, and she was in another’s care, and they were just reopening old wounds for her.
It’s my understanding that Jesse Dumanch, who was phoitographed nude and was sexually abused in his late childhood and early teens, tries to live a very private life, putting his abuse behind him, but occasionally speaks out in behalf of other victims and in pursuit of eradica6ting child porn. He’s the only one I know about with any degree of certitude. (Sorry, no link: if there is an online interview, it’s buried beneath promos for porn pics of him on Google, and I didn’t follow any of them up for obvious reasons.)

Is she that girl I saw on *Dr. Phil *or America’s Most Wanted or whatever where they knew the pictures were taken at Disneyworld because of the pattern on the blankets on the bed she was lying on?
I believe Masha Allen is the “Disney World Girl,” yes.
I’m guessing Traci Lords wouldn’t qualify here, huh? 
The New York Times did an interesting expose on Justin Berry, a kid who started out getting naked on webcams and ended up in the control of some very bad people.
Where were the parents with all of this? I mean, kids should know better than that, and if they don’t, why didn’t their parents teach them better than that? I mean, no one held a gun to Justin’s head and said “you have to get naked for me.”
I’m not blaming the victim; these men can be very persuasive. But that doesn’t mean he has to be persuaded. And it doesn’t mean his parents couldn’t have checked in on him once and a while…
IIRC, in Justin’s case I think the dad was actually in on it with him. They apparently made some pretty good money off it for awhile.

Oh my God. That is so sad. I didn’t read all the way down; I see that now. That really makes me sad that someone could do that to someone they love.
Being family doesn’t necessitate familial love. It’s the norm, obviously, but it’s not a 100% deal.
Or the basic common sense? There was a rape case at my high school, where the jr high gym teacher took advantage of two girls. One of the girls had a brain tumor…and its understandable that she would have been targeted. But the other girl was realtively normal. Heck the teacher gave ME the creeps (and I was quite out of it then) Some of the kids…I mean they’re all playing the victim, like they’re totally and completely helpless.
I am not buying that this kid is a victim. He made hundreds of thousands of dollars (!!!) through his web-cam posing, which is something he did of his own volition clearly motivated by profit. And then conveniently gets “re-baptized” and finds religion when he’s older and feels ashamed of what he did. Praise the Lord!

No one said he was an angel. Nonetheless, being raped by an adult while under the age of consent on several occasions makes him a victim by definition, regardless of the circumstances that brought it about.
