I signed up with CoveredCalifornia as required. I spoke with representative and she she checked everything out. Apparently I’m a member in good standing (this was about a month ago).
They told me I was to receive a bill in the mail. Never came. Now the deadline for paying is approaching and I can’t get in touch with them. If I call they tell me (recording) they’re experiencing a high call volume and call back. This has been going on 3 days now. The instant “live” chat link doesn’t work and the email link doesn’t either.
The payment deadline has been extended to the 15th but that won’t help if I don’t know how or where to pay. Grrr.
Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have a suggestion?
