I need new glasses, but I really only wear them at home when I don’t have my contacts in, so I’d prefer not to spend hundreds of dollars on them. Honestly, the only reason I even need new ones is because it appears as though some type of coating is coming off which makes them annoying to look through (also they get really dirty really easily).
I ordered contacts not that long ago and noticed 1800contacts now does glasses through Liingoeyewear . com. Not a very big selection, but I found a few I like. As I was about to order, I started looking around and noticed there’s a lot of bad reviews. Bad reviews on reddit, bad reviews on their own facebook page, BBB complaints etc.
The thing is, it seems like a lot of bad reviews, but it’s more like a dozen or two, out of however many orders they’ve shipped out. I’m curious if anyone else has used them and if it’s worked out. I hate buying something only to say ‘gee, I really should have listened to all those other people’.
