A mammogram nicely presses the boob (OUCH) after that a simple fold should be easy peasy.

Indeed, I think a spammer for whom English was not the first language noted that “double” and “twofold” have the same meaning in some instances. But not as in the case of “double your bosom.”
(And imagine a woman with a 36’’ chest doubling it. She’d be bigger around than she is tall.)
