So fentanyl + a cocktail of psychiatric meds, the latter very likely all prescription. Relapses are pretty damn common, but still what a mess. Poor woman.
It could have been a relapse, but there’s a lot of drugs that are adulterated with fentanyl out there, often to make them cheaper to produce. Not stuff from a pharmacy, of course. It’s not uncommon for people to take large amounts without even realizing it.
I had to look it up. 4-ANPP is a precursor used in the illegal manufacturing of fentanyl.
Could have picked it up locally. Where she died was in a rough part of town that was only recently being gentrified. The apartment complex was an old textile mill that has been remade into apartments. (There is more than one of those in Greenville.)

A coroner’s report obtained by The Associated Press last month said her death was from an accidental overdose of several drugs, including fentanyl, and she had been in rehab just weeks before. Her on-and-off boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, and his brother Zach Hickerson were at the home.
I’m glad it is accidental, but what a terrible and preventable tragedy.
