Ever since the first season of Oz I have loved the show. Unfortunately after the second season my brother (whose house we always watched the show at) had his cable turned off for financial reasons. I never bothered to get HBO at my place b/c I don’t watch that much TV so I have been way behind for some time. Due to this fact I have been looking everywhere to find it on DVD. I even started a thread months ago asking if anyone could help me find it. At that time I was told that they hadn’t released the show on DVD or video and they had no plans to. With great disappointment I gave up my search and forgot about the whole thing. Then a few days ago I got my monthly DVD catalog from the Columbia House DVD Club in which I found ,and promptly ordered, the first season of the show on DVD. Yay!!!
Now my question is if anyone knows if/when they are planning on releaseing the other seasons. Thanks.
It is possible that Columbia House might know. Perhaps if you gave them a call or e-mail…
