So, 2 1/2 inches - if you don’t believe in providing children with medical care, I assume you also don’t believe in providing kids with an education. So, we may as well shut all the public schools down, because parents should just pay for their kids education.
Oh wait, that would leave you out of a job wouldn’t it. No more complaining about teaching for you! Hope you have a good rainy day plan yourself.

I support going to an all private school system.
[/QUOTE]
a) Then why do you teach in public schools? Isn’t that awfully hypocritical?
b) You realize that if all schools are private, children would no longer be required to attain an education to any level. Parents could just let their kids get no education at all. If that happens, then how are those kids going to go on and get the kind of jobs that provide health insurance, or indeed any job at all? Don’t you see how that’s an endless cycle? That’s a bit of a bitch, isn’t it.

Living in a society involves compromises.

You’re a funny little fucker, you know that?
So being a total fucking hypocrite doesn’t bother you. It’s bad enough that you seemingly suck donkey balls at your chosen profession, without being such a douche about the very existence of that profession.

I do not get to make the decision on how education will work in our society. Is person that thinks the Iraq War is wrong, a total hypocrite for helping to fund it?
Why can’t we require that children be educated in private schools?

No, a soldier who thinks the war is wrong is a total hypocrite for being paid to fight in it. Look, I know this is a tricky concept, but by becoming a educator you are involved in and implicitly approve of the system much more than just an average taxpayer does.
I think it’s a total travesty that a complete waste of space such as yourself is allowed to even be near children, let alone attempt to teach them anything. There is no way that it’s a good idea to have kids taught by someone who doesn’t believe that a decent education is something all kids deserve, not just rich peoples kids.

Because not all parents can afford it, dumbass.
ETA: Guin, what do you want to bet he’s going to suggest that those people just shouldn’t have kids?

You think poor school districts are providing decent education? You need to check out some of the public schools in Chicago.
And what if their circumstances change? Believe it or not, people who have good jobs when their kids are born might not still have them when the kids are older.

So what - they shouldn’t even try to give them an education at all? You’re missing my point (not surprising), I’m not saying the system is perfect. But I fail to see how your “education and health care only for the worthy” system is better. Let me ask you something - where did you go to school? Could your parents have paid for private school for you and any brothers or sisters you have? Where did you go to college? Community college? State school? Aren’t those funded publicly too?

Ha, ha ha ha ha! First, I don’t really believe you. Everyone and their uncle around here claim the MENSA thing. Second, Newsflash - nobody is impressed. We judge by who you are, how you argue, etc. And even if on paper you’re an Einstein, you are acting like quite a dumbass.
