D and I wanted to go see some blues groups in Atlanta this weekend, but we caught some of this shit on the news, and decided to stay home and play some Hooker and Robert Johnson instead.

He’s probably referring to this story. Last month, Pearl Jam bassist Jeff Ament and a Pearl Jam employee were mugged by three masked men in the Atlanta area.
I was, thanks, Marley. I caught that story and also one about the “Blue Jean” bandits on one of the Atlanta new shows. Sorry I didn’t include a cite.
D and I discussed it, and you know, I don’t think just a locked car door would stop these guys.
I just wondered if any of our other Doper friends were seeing this kind of robbery in their area?
