And Sam, I must agree that having children need not dilute your musical sensibilities. The trick is to expose them at an early age, preferably in utero. When I was pregnant, someone was going on and on about how I should put headphones on my belly and play classical music to achieve the “Mozart Effect.” After a while, I simply replied that I am doing something similar, except I was going for the “Nugent Effect.” To this day, all I have to do is put “Stranglehold” on and the kidlet goes right to sleep. Heh.
My brother was listening to webcast music at work yesterday when 'Walk" came on. So maybe we will hear more…
I’ll have to do it covertly then. My wife will play pop music during the day, and I’ll sneak in some metal when she’s sleeping… Ha!
