Perhaps you might try clicking on the Admins’ names on the front page of the MB to see their profiles where their email addresses are listed? Ya think?
NO, do not “just pick and register a new name and carry on”–if you do that, we’ll permanently ban you under any name.
E-mail one of the Admins–as already noted, TubaDiva’s e-mail is displayed on the main Straight Dope page. Explain the situation, tell her what user names you’ve registered, and which one you want to keep. The other(s) will be de-activated.
