My first thought was to make raspberry kuchen, but that takes about 40-45 minutes baking time, so I wouldn’t meet the time restriction.
So, I’d probably make my pasta (ingredients: whatever pasta is available, whatever vegetables are available, chicken (optional), shredded cheese, whatever spices are available). Then, I’d get the same reaction as Lady of the Lake regarding spiciness, especially if garlic and/or crushed red pepper had been available.
Unless, I can use recipes that I’ve stolen from other people, in which case, I’d make raspberry-filled cinnamon muffins.
All these people claiming they’d probably overdo the hot pepper. Why am I not married to you? Everyone I end up living with hates hot pepper and it drives me bonkers.
