Hey, sorry to be a bother, but I can’t for the life of me find a link from an old thread. I’m pretty sure the thread was about lousy customers. The link went to a long story told by a gas station/convenience store clerk. I think the story went something like a kid stole something, clerk caught him, parent came back angry, manager took parent’s side over clerk despite overwhelming evidence, clerk fired, went to corporate, sued corporate, finally won.
Help finding this would be greatly appreciated!
