Help! Font size changed to unreadably small in the forums, but remains normal size everywhere else

yes, my cat jumped on the keyboard while I was reading this forum. She apparently landed only on the left side of the keyboard,presumably hitting the ctrl key, the alt key and some other keys at the same time.

The result is that the font size decreased to something so small that I cannot see whether I am typing this correctly or not…the letters are to small to distinguish clearly.
But all other pages of this site, and all other websites , display normally on my screen.

(and yes, I tried turning the computer off and back on)

I have a 4-5 year old desktop computer using Windows 7 with Chrome Version 66.0.3359.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)

(If I log off and log back in using Interent Explorer , the fonts are normal. But I would prefer to be able to keep using Chrome)

Ctrl + should make it bigger, ctrl - smaller.

And, ctrl+0 to bring it back to normal.

I would be wary. Probably only a test run by your cat for something even more nefarious:eek:. A diversionary prank perhaps? As a minimum you should change all your passwords and log-ins; I’m sure the cat has been watching. I’d do an inventory of items in your home (socks missing)? Consider a security system.

I remember once I somehow flipped my computer screen upside down. I had to depend on the good folks at the Dope to help me fix it. And I nearly had to do a headstand to read the responses

But they came through in quick fashion. :smiley:
