I heard this on the radio a few days ago for the first time in many years and it’s been driving me crazy because I can’t identify it. I don’t really even want to hear it again. I just want to know the title and artist! Can anyone help?
The song is about a couple who fall in love, have a baby girl and then the mother dies and the father and daughter are alone together at the end. The lyrics go something like, “Baby I’ve never had to die before, don’t know if I can do it…”
I know that’s not much to go on, but surely someone remembers this sappy song.
