The film in question is about an African bushman. There is a bird in one of the scenes that calls “GOAWAY!” at times when the bushman is hunting thus scareng away his prey.
IIRC the film has a narrator.

Is it Animals Are Beautiful People? It’s a documentary about wildlife of the Namib Desert. It’s by the same director as The Gods Must Be Crazy and features bushmen.
