Help identifying a show

I’m not sure if it was a movie or TV show, but I’m thinking TV.

The basics: a guy is trying out for a Shriner-type organization. Just as it kicks off, a grand poobah arrives in a wheel chair. So does a stripper with a baby. The honcho shoots somebody. He threatens the hero. Then the baby. The stripper then shoots the poobah. Then plot twist.

Does that ring any bells?
