Help identifying language, please

Imgur
My brother filled out a form, in English, at the hospital he works at. Somehow, it was translated into another language. We have no idea what language it is, so I’m turning to the SD for help. Does anyone recognize the language? If it helps, I think the second line under the 36.8 on the chart is the word Temperature.
This is my first time posting trying to link to a picture. I hope it works.
Thanks, in advance, for any help.

Edited: The thing finally loaded.

Looks like Englsih written with Greek letters.

This looks pretty decisively like modern Greek to me. Sorry I can’t translate it for you.

One more edit, you’re so close lol

It hasn’t been translated; it’s still in English, but written using the Greek alphabet.

Unbelievably quick responses. You people are amazing.
Thanks.

The letters are Greek.

Does anyone here have an app that translates languages in other alphabets? One of my favorite Youtubers does it with MREs from other countries.

It looks like the font got switched to ‘Symbol’ font. It’s one of the standard fonts in Microsoft office products and uses Greek letters.

It is indeed English language printed with greek fonts, to clarify, it is as if somebody wanted to type in English but forgot to switch their keyboard from GR to EN. (The 2 alphabets do not correspond 100%).
The headline reads: Wital Signs (24 Hrs) - Yes, Wital, whoever wrote it made a typo.
Beneath that: (All documented values resulted over …
and so on.
Let me know if you need more help.

Again, thanks all, for both the language and the explanations how it could have happened. That was a concern, too.

It’s Greek to me.
