Help in finding patio furniture cushion covers?

OK, I feel like I must be searching for something that doesn’t exist or my google fu is just weak.

I have a set of patio furniture- it’s a split loveseat (3 separate bottom cushions and 3 top/back cushions) and a separate chair with the same size cushions (one of each).

I am in need of new covers (zip on, if possible) for the cushions on this set. The inside foam is in perfect condition, but I took the old covers off to wash and due to age, one of them pretty well disintegrated in the wash.

Buying new cushions is an expensive proposition (very) and sewing my own is possible, but I have a serious time lack lately and don’t see that happening any time soon.

Has anyone had luck purchasing just covers for outdoor patio furniture cushions? FWIW, the top cushions are 16" tall x 23" wide, and the bottom cushions are 23" x 23". It just seems like with sofa covers and such being easily available, so would these, but so far no luck.

Anyone? Anyone?

Question: the old covers that you took off–did they unzip, or did you have to use a seam ripper? 'Cause my google fu isn’t turning up replacement covers, either. It looks like everybody just buys new cushions.

We have some pretty talented seamstresses here on the SDMB (er and maybe seamst…men). Maybe if you can’t find new ones you could ask someone here to sew you some all custom-like!

DDG- These zipped off, as do the covers on my other indoor/outdoor furniture, so I guess I was thinking there was such a thing is just buying new covers easy peasy. So far I’m not finding that to be the case, though.

Zipper- you’re right about getting someone to make them (if I had time I’d do it myself but I’ve been working a ton.) I’ll look into that if nothing pans out- I just wanted to poke the dopers and see if anyone else has done this quest and had any luck!
