Help Jurph get his Master's in Systems Engineering (second-and-final survey)

First off, thanks to everyone who participated in Part One of the PIPS requirements survey! For anyone groaning “Part Two?!?” I’ve got great news: this is the second and final survey for this course.

Posting the survey to an SDMB thread was hugely successful the first time out, but I have a feeling that bumping the original thread was not the optimal way to go about this. Since bumping that thread I have continued to get (great) responses on survey #1 and gotten almost no responses on the second half of the survey, which was sort of the point. So, for those of you who are interested in taking the second part of the survey… here it is.

If any of the questions aren’t clear, or if you love the concept, or if you just want to tell everyone here at SDMB what an awful idea you think this is, this thread is probably the place to sound off. Thanks!

Hey, Jurph, I think you linked to your first survey. I can tell 'cause it tells us not to taunt the survey.

However, there is a tiny url that takes me to the second survey: PIPS User Requirements Survey pt. 2 - the one with the gazebo.

Wouldn’t it be better to link directly to the second survey?

Oh gods. I can’t believe I screwed that up. Mods, can you replace the link in the first post with the link in the second post?

Done, sounds like it might be a usefull system, good luck.

As long as PIPS can bug me that it knows that I bought cold cuts at the deli, but that they did not get into the kitchen.

At this point, I’ll either remember that I ate the ham on the way home, or know to look under the seat for the package that slipped out of the bag.

Nicely done survey, Jurph. I particularly wanted to take it because my wife is PhD in systems science/psychology.
Yes, she’s the brains of the team. Why do you ask?

I like the idea.

Only took me 12 minutes (and one bathroom break).

What’s up with that bit in the disclaimer? “Do not submerge the survey in liquid”

Is done.

I slipped it in to see how many people read the disclaimer. It’s from the Portal Gun disclaimer from the game Portal, where GladOS announces over the PA system the rules for safely using the Portal Gun:

How did you get the nick “Uncle Brother”? I know another guy named Uncle Brother who lives in D.C. It doesn’t seem like it would be that common…
