I think it was released post 2010. It was a werewolf movie, and I’m almost certain that Robert Knepper, or someone very similar-looking, was in it. The teenager transforms into a werewolf, ends up murdering a few people, and goes into a hiding in some small rural town, where he finds his distant family/pack or something (also werewolves). The media believes the kid is a serial killer, and they nicknamed him “Cannibal Kid”. I can’t find that movie anywhere. Googling provides nothing, as well as IMDb page on Robert Knepper. No, the movie has no relation to “Teen Wolf”. Really spooky stuff, like somebody removed every evidence of that movie’s existence. I don’t remember it being that bad LOL
