I was wondering when Five-0 was going to be mentioned.
Drums a go go by the Hollywood Persuaders isn’t strictly a surf song, but it’s in the same vein of American instrumental rock.
In the neo-surf vein:
They’re not usually thought of as a surf band, but The Pixies were very surf-inspired. (Joey Santiago is a great surf guitarist, even if the Pixies weren’t a surf band).

Do you have a smart phone? I suggest getting the Pandora radio app and creating something like a “Ventures” radio station. It will then proceed to create a station that plays non-stop surf music from tons of different artists for you to hear.
