Help Me Find A Program I Just Lost!

So I just had to reformat my computer and I’m trying to download this small program but I can’t figure out what it was called or where I heard of it.

Here are the few things I can remember about it:

  1. It was small, minimalist and hardly noticeable when running.
  2. Hitting F4 would bring it up.
  3. I get to type the name of a program and it would launch it for me.
    For whatever reason, I think it was called something like “Quick Find,” or “Quick Launch,” or “Quick Start.” But I’ve been googling for quite a while now and I still havent found it.

Actually can I get this thread closed? The program slapped me in the face after I submitted the thread. It’s “QuickStart” not “Quick Start” apparently.
