This could be more trouble than it’s worth…
I don’t know how you would pull a sound clip off a website (I’m sure someone here can tell you how)… but go to the official LotR website (lordoftherings.net I think). When you go to the homepage, you’ll hear an audio greeting from various members of the cast. Elijah is one of them and his is particularly clear and loud. If you can get the clip off, you can probably isolate the “Welcome” part for your nepharious purposes. 
The voice clips seem to cycle a few a day, so you may need to visit (and re-visit and re-visit) the site to get what you need.
Ah, yes, LOTR.net…I do enjoy that site. Not sure if I’m willing to go through all that. Does anyone know if it’s legal and worth it? If so, does anyone know how to go about it?
