Ok, so a few years ago a friend of mine made me an excellent mixed tape. As is eventually the case with all of my tapes it was destroyed and eaten by a rogue tape player. One of the bands on it was called “Short Lived”. I’m pretty sure they were a Boston-based group, and their song titles were “Carry me Home” and “Rolling with the Hammer” (which is about bowling). They’re a punk-sounding band with a femal lead singer. I haven’t been able to find any information about them or any of their songs or c.d.s ever since the tape incident. Has anyone here heard of them? Do you know where I can find info/music from them?
They aren’t at allmusic.com, so one can assume they never put out a record of greater than self-produced value.
…and I’ve searched Google Groups about as much as you can. Nada.
Hopefully, you friend can do it again.
