It’s a few years old now - but I never caught who the artist was - but the video is pretty distinctive.
It’s animated - very ‘bright’ almost ‘neon’ style…
Everything in it is modelled from it’s description (hard to describe) but Skyscrapers are the word “Skyscraper” stacked on end - cars are the work ‘car’ shaped like a car - there are a couple of Police Motorbikes IIRC - the word ‘Police’ shaped like a motorbike and so on…
Video takes place panning around a city mostly - following a car etc. etc.
Genre - R&B-style I think…
