Help me identify this commercial

It was for a crock pot, or similar. It played on Saturdays, and this blonde man advertised it, made food in it, and made it sound so delicious. I swear his name was Terry. Anyone remember and can help me with it?

Could it have been a Ron Popeil thing?

Yes, but who was the guy?

Uh…could it have been Ron Popeil?

I don’t think Ron was blond?

Do you have any idea whether you’re asking about a commercial from the 1960s, 1980s, or the 2010s? r last week? Was this a long-form “infomercial” that ran for 10 minutes or half an hour? Was this on some sort of shopping channel? Or just an ordinary 30-second commercial on an ordinary TV channel?

The more details you can give us, even if you’re not 100% sure, the more likely we’ll succeed.

Long form infomercial; half hour. A man and a woman. They put the food in the cooker. Im sure it was Saturday mornings.Late 89s.

Was it a product presented with different names by different hucksters along with a deal for 3 easy payments? Was the device incredibly easy to use? Were you told multiple times “Just set it… and forget it”?

Infomercial with a blond guy named Terry. Was he bald?

Terry or Gary? Gary Collins did a lot of infomercials.

Details like that would have been helpful to put in the OP; I was looking at current thirty-second commercials on ispot.tv.

Any chance it was (the late) Mike Levey? He did tons of infomercials under the generic banner of “Amazing Discoveries.” Not particularly blondish, though.

How about beloved former San Antonio sportscaster Joe Fowler?

Scroll down to see Joe when he was younger.

He did many infomercials. Here he is hawking the Turbo Cooker…
