If we ever get more cats, I think I start naming them after Physicists, starting (of course) with Schrodinger.

Maybe politicians (a Black Lab named Clinton? I think Thatcher would be funny, but its a boy dog. Kofi Annan? Jimmy Carter? hmmmm, dogs names after Nobel Peace prize winners - there’s potential there). Movie actors? - Gable would be a good choice for a Lab.

We got a new puppy a couple of weeks ago, an adorable long hair mini dachsund.
After throwing out Bob, Tom, Thor, Rupert and STP (Stinky the Puppy),
his name finally came to us…Frodo (his dad is Fergus).
Give it a couple of days, he will make his name known to you.

When we first got our dog my parents had no idea what to name him. My mom just told us that when she heard the right name she’d know it. Well one day he was running around all over the house and she made the comment to my dad that he was “one roudy son of a bitch.” At that moment he became Roudy! Just thought that was kinda funny.
