Help Me Remember A Scene From An Early 2000's Network Comedy (Will & Grace?)

I’m trying to re-watch a funny scene that I remember from some early 2000’s network comedy. I thought it was from Will & Grace’s “Stan’s Funeral” episode, but I watched that episode last night on-demand, and the scene I remembered wasn’t in that episode.

People are gathered at a church(?) for a funeral (or some other solemn event). Among the eulogies, tributes, and well-wishes, one person, who I think was the deceased’s daughter, sings “The Happy Wanderer.” As the singer performs the “Val-de-ree” bit, the studio audience roars.

Is this ringing a bell for anyone?

Supposedly you remember correctly, although this says the episode title was “23”. This person references the song.

ETA: ah, they comment that the song is cut from the edited version.

Well that sucks ass. That bit with Kimmy singing was one of my favorite scenes in television history. Now I’ll most likely never see it again.

I believe Hulu just added the complete uncut W&G episodes to their lineup.
