Help me remember the name of this TV show

My wife and I used to watch this TV show on, I believe, The History Channel.
Basic Premise; The two hosts would take an unlikely “VS.” scenario like Ninja VS Pirate, Native-American VS Viking, or even SAS VS SEALS. They would have three weapons on each side; melee, long range, and “special,”
They’d bring in experts for each sides’ weapons, give a Cliff’s Notes explanation and demonstrate the weapon against dummies made out of ballistic gel and “realistic” skeletons.
The final segment of the show was a live action reenactment of a supposed computer simulation of the battle, with the hosts narrating.
My wife and I were talking about it earlier today and would like to try to find it, but neither of us can find a successful Google search combo to help.

Thanks in advance - DESK.

How many others read this as Desktop Warrior? Probably a better show, too!

Does that mean he stopped eating until he found the answer?
