Help me solve this question for my mother

My mother who doesn’t know AOL from STP asked to to find out anything I can about this chair that was given to her as a gift. She beleive it to be atleast 75 years old. I have taken 4 photographs of the chair. She doesn’t trust any local appraisors. If anyone can tell me of an online site that can help please reply.

I don’t have any specific info onthe chair,but I have seen shows on TV
dealing with antique furniture.
This chair could be worth some big
bucks.
She should contact one of the big auction houses (Sothebys) for one.
they would have more info on it.
Looks like cherry wood,but I could be wrong. Good Luck!

Sure, if you do a little work. Search the net for Butterfiel & Butterfield you can mail them a picture & they let you know what its worth for nothing.
