I don’t have my digital camera right now, but I will post pictures.
I found a very cool vintage/retro/somethingish leather rocking chair/recliner.
It is not like a lazy boy. It is very stream line and modernish. It doesn’t have the standard rocking bottom, more of a spring action that is smooth like the new dutalier gliders. It doesn’t recline, but its positioned in a more of a laying back position.
I’m guessing anywhere from 1950’s-1970’s is when it was made. It looks to be original materials and everything. I’m sure it’s not an Eames or something, but as it is from the Salvation Army, I can dream.
I luffs it. And I just want to find out more about it.
There are no ID tags or marks on it that I can find.
Pardon me for not gushing more on it, but I have to go sit in it while I get the chance.
Wow, what have you been feeding him? It’s hard to believe that the chair was able to withstand the rigors of serving as a sexual device yet could not bear the weight of just your husband.
