My employer has recently installed “Websense” on our system so that we can’t access Web sites they have deemed counterproductive. Thank God, they have not yet blocked the Straight Dope. Unfortunately, they DID block The Onion, and dammit, that’s just wrong.
Anyone know of a way Websense can be tricked into letting me surf the Net unhindered, from my computer? Please, no “here’s what you have to do to the server” solutions - it’s gotta be done from my computer.
