Help me think of this song

I have recently been trying to compile some of those forgotten rock songs of the midninties - songs like Eagle Eye Cherry - Save Tonight, Counting Crows - Mr. Jones, Train- Meet Viriginia, Deep Blue Something - Breakfast at Tiffanys, DIshwalla - Counting Blue Cars , etc, etc… i have one song in my head that I can’t seem to find anywhere, maybe i have the lyrics wrong or something… maybe its not even rock, but for some reason i want to hear it. The chorus is something like “Everytime i turn around… everytime i turn around…” and thats all i got…

Well if anyone can help me on this thatd be great, but even more of a help is if someone could find links to rock airplay single charts from like 1993 - 1998. Anyway thanks.

Sounds like that “How Bizarre” song by…um, I have no idea. Sorry, but I’m pretty sure that’s the name of it.

If it’s ‘How Bizarre’, then it’s by the New Zealand band, OMC. This song was a hit in the late nineties, IIRC.
