Help me understand this commercial...

Think of all the great exposure the University of Kentucky gets out of it. (At least that’s what it looks like to me.)

I love that ad! It’s hilarious.

The image and concept doesn’t creep me out as much as the sound the guy makes when he’s suckling/having his face licked…it sounds like a sex vocalisation to me.

Creepy in a cool way is the one where everyone is raving on a beach with headphones on, everyone dancing in the blue moonlight but absolutely no sound.

I think the Nextel campaign’s point is that the walkie-talkie feature cuts through all the crap and gets the business done, hence the abbreviated version of Romeo and Juliet etc. Personally, that digital call sound drives me up the wall.
