Help me with this extinct reality TV show

I want to say it was called Lost (no relationship to Lost), but googling says no.

It was a bunch of couples dropped in some faraway place (the only season I am aware of was in Mongolia) and they had to find their way to NYC, however they made it happen.

I found it very creative and interesting (better than The Amazing Race, sorry for the sacrilege) but I don’t think it got a second season.

I never got to see the end, and would love to track this down (go ahead, be a jerk and spoil it, my memory sucks).

Was I really the only one who enjoyed it?

Was I misremembering the name? No
Was I the only one watching? Pretty much, yes.
Why didn’t I watch it to the end? 9-11

And now I know there is a whole lot more of it around, apparently. Will have to search for it.

I remember watching that show, I thought there were 2 seasons of it (I never checked the google link).

I thought it was a pretty cool premise: “okay here you are with someone you’ve never met before, somewhere in the world (I think one season they started out in some dessert in Mongolia) with no money. Now get to New York!”.

It reminded me of the Amazing Race, but not quite the production value.
