Here’s the deal:
I have a cannon multipass C5500, and I can’t get the thing to print. It keeps on telling me that I must replace the ink cartridge…even though I just put the new cartridge in!
WTF!?!?
Not familiar with that model. Is there possibly some film or tape covering the electrical contracts on the cartridge?
HP’s have these and if you forget to remove them and click in the cart the system will not recognize the cart. until the film is removed.
Yep, be sure there isn’t anything like that on it & read the manual for the specific procedure.
