So I’m trying to help my mom convert her address book to digital form, and automate the process of printing out mailing labels, for instance, for Christmas letters.
My first thought was to use the address book features built into her Yahoo account, which seems to work well for just tracking and retrieving data. I was also able to export that address book into a .csv file which various other programs can read easily enough.
However, I can’t find a tool which would allow her to easily scroll through a list of several hundred addresses, select a specific subset, and then print out mailing labels for those selected addresses. Microsoft Word has some label-printing capabilities built into it, but the only ones I could find only wanted to print one address at a time.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
