I came across this game. . Not as hard as the crimson room but pretty fun and funny.
Oh there is sound so don’t turn your sound up all the way during the silent opeing and watch all the credits.

Heh.
I like this one: http://www.atrianglemorning.com/games/which.php
Zebra, that was fun, but very quick.
Kat, was there a point to that one?
Argg I got stuck.
Okay on the third screen. blew the guys hat off, got dude to come outside and drop the map, and got the pattern, now I’m stuck. Only things active are, click the bird to see the pattern, click the girl to make her point, pull the lever to make the hook go in an out, and click the pattern squares on an off. What am I missing.
That took me a little while. The key is the pattern and you will know when you get it right.
I finally got it, thats a little cheesy.
I still can’t get the pattern bit.
Is it just me, or does it take forever to load?
Gah! I’m guessing I tried everything except for the right thing with this patter, umm… thing.
I’ve tried doing it upside down, as well as turning it all the way around, mirror image, etc. I’ve also tried leaving the black spaces on the paper “clear” on the pattern, and shading in the rest of the squares. WTF?

Woah! That game has references to a game I used to have on my old Texas Instruments computer. I think the goal of the game was to avoid some sort of monster, but my memory is pretty fuzzy since I was only about six years old the last time I played it. Does anybody know the game I’m talking about?
In the game Kat linked to, you get to the section I’m talking about by:
[ul]
[li]Falling down the hole[/li][li]Going straight[/li][li]Pressing “shutdown”[/li][li]Going to the metropolis[/li][li]Looting the video game store[/li][li]Looting the Sega games[/li][/ul]
Can anybody tell me the name of the video game that’s being referenced?

rotate the pattern 90 degrees clockwise. Make sure you get it right. the first time I did it I must of had one square off.
I just like how she slaps her head for being stupid.
Did you just randomly try this, or is there some clue somewhere that I’m missing that should have made one think of doing this?
What finally made me think of it is her pointing at the puzzle. The pattern must be correct from her point of view on the side. I’m guessing that was the intended clue.
for me it more of the random thing.
What took me the longest was the first bit and getting the crane to come down.
I figured that out. I got as far as the girl sliding across the rope, but she gets booted out of the door at the end.
Good god I hate computer games. Nothing in the world more likely to make me feel like I have an IQ of 35 than trying to play a computer game.
I saw a sort of “ghost image” of the headless girl off to the left of where she started out. Clicked on it and she went to that place. Failed to get any farther, although I discovered that the door has a doorbell (but nothing happens when you ring it) and there’s a coat hanger that falls down if you whap the target a few times.
Well, I never learned how to play the Uninivited either.
There is a light that changes color above the door. Maybe that has something to do with it.
You have to slide into the room while the light is on. Now she’s standing in front of a tree. There’s four things that look like vents attached to the tree. When you click on them, they turn a solid color for a second.
I got the correct color pattern on the computer and the light next to the elevator at the top of the tree came on. I may have done something out of sequence.
