Just tried to donate and got an error message from GoFundMe - something about an issue with the account and to let the organizer know to log in and check it out.

I met with BMalion on Monday night, and he asked me to thank everyone for their generosity so far. For the moment, fortunately, he does not need any further donations. Money already donated remains in an escrow account, pending the outcome of his Federal lawsuit, which is set for a pretrial in a couple of weeks. He’s working closely with his lawyers, who are pretty confident, due to legal errors by the mortgage company in its handling of his account, that he’ll be able to remain in his house indefinitely.
