Some guy who can pop out his eyeballs and use them as grenades, girl who uses her tongue as a weapon and wears a hat that’s also her pet, skull-headed bunny with circuit-board ears, all of them riding on turtles with tank treads and fighting the king of camels over who is the better painter, until some other guy in the hero team invents cubism after seeing his friends run over by a steam-roller.
There also appear to be evil zebra twins.
