Hershey's Little Puck

I have a neat little tin that says “Hershey’s Little Puck Cigars” on it. It also says " a delicious and harmless smoke". It was made in 1982.

What were these? A cigar or chocolate?
Anyone out there seen them? I only have the tin, and no idea what was inside when purchased.

I don’t remember Little Pucks, but I do remember some kind of non-tobacco cigarette that was marketed in the early 80’s. They tasted like crap, but supposedly one of the ingredients was cocoa. Maybe this is a similar product?
