Hey, Needs2know!

A wehile back, in the Child-free fanaticism thread, I insulted you.

It wasn’t anything out of the ordinary for the Pit, but I like to be fair, and that wasn’t fair.

For some reason, I have your username and another member’s username inextricably linked in my mind. You said something that annoyed me, and I used my disgust with this other poster against you. For that I apologize.

Normally, I find your posts well-thought-out and intelligent. Of course, I didn’t agree with what you posted in that thread, and still don’t. But attacks of that nature should be warranted, and mine wasn’t.

What’s this? An apology? In the Pit? Isn’t that against forum rules? (I’m kidding, of course).

This doesn’t belong here. And I’m not kidding.

I mean, it’s one thing to apologize in the pit. It’s a whole nother to start a thread just to apologize. Shit, I came in here expecting a flame war. And instead I get THIS? I refer you to my asshole thread, this is a perfect example.

Jeez, you should be ashamed.

Eh, if the original insult took place in the Pit, then the correct forum for the subsequent apology would also be in the Pit.

You’re right. But he doesn’t need to start a new thread to apologize.
