I know too many people who think exactly like him to think he must be fake. But I also live around a lot of rednecks.
I grew up surrounded by them. But I don’t think a lowlife like him who was real would stay on this Board long. He’s just yanking chains.

Urbanredneck sexually harasses two medical professionals in the ER. But it’s okay because everyone got a chuckle out of it.
Heh. I know what the medical professionals say about those sorts of patients afterwards, when we’re amongst ourselves. Basically, after the venting is done, the patient gets classified as a jerk, and other staff will be made aware of that for their future dealings with said patient.
But we still provide for their legitimate medical needs.
Yeah. I’ve lived around many. And not one of them would have either the self awareness or the inclination to create a username that described themselves so accurately.
It always appeared to me to be an account that was created already knowing that its posts would go on to live up to the name.

I chimed in “Nice tattoo” to the nurse. She looked at me and said “what tattoo?”. I said, “the one of the flower on your hip”. Well that floored her because she DID have a flower tattoo on her hip and she wondered how I knew (I just guessed) and we all had a good chuckle.

This is why I mostly ignore him. He wants the reaction and maybe some wank material in the process.
As a female ED attending, I concur. And if the patient shows any tendency to take the inappropriate behavior from verbal to physical I will not hesitate to have security escort you out. Or if it’s someone I can’t discharge (on a psych hold for instance) I will order the 4 point restraints.

If you’re past the age of thirteen, you need to grow up about boobs. Women have boobs. They carry them around with them everywhere they go. So men are going to be seeing a lot of boobs. It doesn’t mean you have to be an idiot.
If a woman is performing surgery in an emergency room and all you can think about is “I wonder what her boobs look like?” there is something wrong with you. You have a problem relating to other human beings.
Well, okay, besides that. 
From a purely tactical standpoint, a male who feigns disinterest in boobs is likelier to see more of them than UrbanRedneck. (Visits to strip clubs not counted.)

Where I’m from, manliness is often associated with steadiness and equanimity, i.e. never losing one’s composure. Remaining calm and cool even when drunk, high, complimented, provoked, challenged, overburdened, or – when in the presence of a hot dame.
To lose one’s cool at the sight of bare skin, and start slobbering and stammering and hollering and such – this is behaviour associated with the immaturity of the teenaged child, not with the poise and self-mastery expected of a fully-grown man.
I’m not sure he understands that either. He was actually very perplexed by the existence of homosexuality a while back.

Reminds me of an RAF POW who would make moaning sex noise when the Japanese were torturing him. Apparently they gave up freaked after a while.
