It was the first proper adult show I was allowed to stay up late to watch with my mum and dad. Such a great series - lo these many years later me and my dad still sometimes say “Hey, let’s be careful out there!” to each other.
One of the UK channels has the whole run of it on their free on-demand service, and it still mostly holds up. It’s fascinating to see the foundations of modern TV drama being laid, but it’s also a good show in its own right.
