Unfortunately, most of the linked pictured were of her in suits, which tend to obscure bust size. (Actually, now that I think of it, this might be one of the reasons I feel more comfortable in a suit jacket. But I digress…) And I’ve never particularly paid attention to her chest. But B-cup sounds about right, based on those pictures and years of general media exposure.
She is of average weight–not average in terms of “the average American woman wears a size 14”–but average in terms of being neither notably slender nor heavy. I’d guess her clothing size to range between an 8 and a 12, depending on the type of garment, the manufacturer, and ordinary weight fluctuations. She probably wears one size larger on the bottom than on the top, as she is noticeably pear-shaped, but not excessively so.
Why I think she has a B-cup: She definitely has a noticeable bust, even in a severly tailored suit. In all the years that people have been taking potshots at every aspect of her, including her looks, I don’t recall anybody ever saying she’s flat-chested. As I said, I haven’t personally been paying too much attention, but over the years, we’ve seen her in all types of attire, including a swimsuit, and if she was particularly small, she would have gotten blasted for it, just like she’s gotten blasted for having a relatively big behind. So, I don’t think she’s an A-cup, because even though an A isn’t “flat,” it’s usually small enough for someone looking for something to unfairly criticize to notice. A B, on the other hand, is big enough to be well past the “flat” stage, but in most cases, not big enough to be called “big.” Given her “smaller on top” figure, I’d say a B-cup is most likely.

I vote for a B-cup. I’ve known women with A-cup breasts. Hillary isn’t that flat. But they’re definitely small; she’s not a C.
