Well, let’s have a look at her.
HRC is respectably good-looking, I’d say, for a gal in her 50somethings. Her figure would appeal only to men who like them soft and squeezable (let’s face it, she’s small-breasted and hippy). Her face often betrays tiredness and stress, but she certainly can look nice in the right situation. She did the right thing finding a look that worked and staying with it, especially the over-the-ears, off-the-shoulder hairstyle.
She might wear glasses more often. It softens her look a little. Her eyes are large and clear, and light up beautifully when she’s smiling, but when her face is serious they’re kind of severe.
These are definitely Hillary’s legs circa 1970. Ifthese (left of pic) are hers today, she’s not doing too bad. (I have a hard time believing this pic, from a righty bboard, is for real.)

To actually answer the original question:
Yes, several people do. I would imagine all the following are likely to know:
- her husband Bill Clinton.
- her daughter.
- her doctor.
- her mother (now deceased, I think).
- the clerks at the store(s) where she buys her underclothing.
- probably some college roommates.
No doubt there are some others, too.
As those pictures show, she so often wears suits that go all the way up to her neck, so I think that makes it hard to tell. I’ve never found her attractive, but this current photo is pretty nice.
