First of all- I am a pacifist, but, Yeow!
It’s from a story on NPR’s Weekend America about gender roles in the military. You never know what the payoff from listening will be.

That’s got to be one of the ugliest tattoos I’ve ever seen.
Is this a joke thread?
I thought service men and women weren’t permitted to have tattoos.
You jest.
Tacky, maybe, but it seems to be a good rendering of what she wanted.
If someone starts making jokes, I guess it could be. I was half listening, and after the piece, the host mentioned her tattoo, so I went online to check it out. And thought I’d share.
Then, they turned to sexual assualt. Which is why I said
My payoff was a pic that was strangely hot, imho. YMMV.
Yes friends, who could ever have guessed that the great equalizer between men and women would be the belief in deadly force?
If that’s American Woman, I’m packing up and heading for Canada.
As long as they aren’t visible/noticeable in their dress uniform, it should be kosher.
It varies by branch but I believe that at this point in time the standard is no tattoos that are visible when wearing the service uniform properly (Meaning no entry with them, and no adding them once you’re in; but long-termers who got tattoos before the rule was established were grandfathered in IIRC). There may also be some absolute ban for some specific kinds of tattoo (e.g. gang-linked) but that I’m not sure about.
The bullets should be Bullet Bills from Mario.
More proof, as if any was needed, that taste is subjective.
BTW, what’s with Leaffan’s name appearing in all the location tags all of a sudden? Did this happen over in the MMP or something?
Didn’t you see his Pit thread demanding that people ante up their locations? I don’t think he’s proven quite as convincing as he was hoping to have been.
Expect all our armed forces members to be supporting Leaffan tattoos, regardless of their final duty station.
The tattoo would have been way better with much more detail in the revolvers and flags. Also, bullets don’t fly through the air with the shell casing still attached to them. Hasn’t this women ever seen an actual bullet?
Alternate interpretation: she’s so hardcore, she kills people by throwing bullets at them and then pistol-whipping them as she gets closer.

American Woman, get away from me
American Woman, mama let me be

Or maybe the dum-dum bullets from Who Framed Roger Rabbit? Where’d Osama go? He went thataway!
You should check out the climatologists they have.
Tat’s okay, but what I really want to know is, what body part are we looking at, her abdomen? Seems like it. If so, doesn’t she seem a little mushy for someone in Armed Services?
Lower back. You can just see her crack. Also note the thumbs.
No, I would not say so. In the other image you can tell she’s obviously very small-framed.
