Picked up Strainger at the airport this morning and grabbed an early lunch during his layover. Y’all will enjoy his company in Atlanta next week.

This will be the fourth time I’ve posted a reporting of a meeting of Dopers, so yet another look at the conversations of people meeting for the first time. What’d we get on about (didn’t take notes this time)?

Yeah, no notes, no booze - I guess I am slipping.

Now TL, you know the rules. We can’t actually tell you what we said about you (you fared well).

And remember Houston, we’ve got Nemo coming in January (if you see this, Nemo, it wouldn’t hurt to post you’re dates in Houston again).

And Strainger, come back again and we’ll try and get more of the local crew out.

Okay, I arrive on the January 13th and depart on the January 31st. I receive information about meeting sometime in mid February. Not that I’m suggesting anything.

I just got back from Atlanta last night. Thanks to beatle, what would’ve been a long, boring 3 hour layover at IAH turned out to be an enjoyable lunch at an excellent Cajun restaurant nearby. I greatly appreciated your conversation and hospitality, beatle! I’ll let you and the other Houston Dopers know if I make any trips to the area in the future.
