I can see Hurley and Libby, trudging through the jungle, Wilson leaping out in his forest stag regalia - “Be not afraid!” Dude!
Yar, the whole Necronomicon-room thing was…jarring. I couldn’t reconcile that with anything else about the patient at ALL. Did I miss a part where he explained wtf that was all about? 'cause…wtf. Even someone INTO herb-craft would laugh outright at TEH NECRINOMICON. I fully expected it to be a joke. I’m still ‘wtf’ about that.
One more ‘wtf’ and I get a set of steak-knives, right?!
I think House picked up on the steroid link from hefting the sword around. The PotW had to be bulking up to be able to swing a heavy sword around for a while.
Disappointing episode. Really meh. 13 continues to just occupy space.

I just caught up with this episode now (my DVR cut off the end so I had to wait until today to see it on the website), and may I just say, Huh? I don’t understand what you’re talking about. What does “the eye contact episode” mean? Other than the patient’s red eyes, I didn’t notice anything special to do with people’s eyes.
Nearly every scene focused on people’s eyes. It was pretty blatant. If you still have the episode on DVR, you could go back and look, even on fast forward.
Maybe you’re too focused on their eyebrows…
It becomes more cartoonish with every episode. I LOVE Hugh Laurie and even his character here but I’m finding myself rolling my eyes so much. Maybe it’s me. I did like how it was shot, but the story was silly. Even the guest acting was poorly done.
Cynthia Watros was fine, but I would so have preferred Wilson secretly dating Hurley.
